Refunds and exchanges

At Aabidah, we aim to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to request a refund or exchange. Please review our policy below to understand your options in such cases:

Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and send a picture or video of the faulty/damaged item with the tag on. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a replacement.

Refunds: Aabidah Collective is a small business and makes all its products to order, please note that we do not accept refunds.


- If you received an item that doesn't meet your expectations but is in its original condition, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving it. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
